We’re thrilled that, with amazing hard work from our clients, and a little help from ourselves, the bids and tenders we worked on during the last full year enjoyed a 100% win rate.

That’s seven straight wins in a row, helping:

  1. MMC-Gamuda win the tunnelling contract for the Kuala Lumpur metro, Malaysia
  2. Miller Construction win their first design and construct NHS ProCure21+ bid
  3. John Laing / Laing O’Rourke / BDP / Interserve win the Alder Hey Children’s Hopsital PFI
  4. Servest win their largest ever retail facilites management tender
  5. Together Housing / Keepmoat win the Pendleton Housing PFI for Salford Council
  6. Interserve win the £300m groundbreaking Leicestershire estates services and strategic rationalisation bid
  7. Miller construction win a further ProCure21+ opportunity at Stanmore

And there’s another win that we probably shouldn’t name – for now.
