Capgemini working with Vertex approached us to find a way of making their presentations to local authorities come to life.
Specifically we identified a need to take a typical local authority call-centre outsourcing brief and recast it as an opportunity to dramatically improve the customer or citizen experience of that authority.
To do this, we then produced video vox pops of real citizens within each local authority area showcasing residents’ current experiences in contacting that council. This produced some powerful and ocassionally amusing stories that positoned Capgemini and Vertex as strategic transformation partners for the local authority rather than ‘just’ technology and contact-centre service-providers.
