
25 Feb Propozition helps RM capture compelling proposition for schools ICT
RM had a long history of providing information and communications technology(ICT) for schools. The UK government’s BSF (Building Schools for the Future) programme presented an opportunity for RM to reposition themselves as a strategic education partner…that could help schools achieve educational transformation through the use of ICT.
With this new programme, it was important for RM, like their competitors, to be able to clearly articulate their value proposition – and to do so would involve communicating this effectively to their own people – their customer engagement team.
Having worked with RM on the successful Newham BSF project jointly with Laing O’Rourke, our assignment here was to create a simple presentation that captured RM’s value proposition for BSF.
We worked with RM’s BSF team to crystallise a simple message, and underpin it with evidence that existed within the RM business – but needed bringing together. We replaced dozens of complex, technical slides with a short compelling presentation that helped RM capture new BSF opportunities.
