Working with Laing O’Rourke and RM Education (and many others in the Newham Learning Partnership consortium), we were engaged to support the consortium from the very beginning of the process – even attending Newham Council’s Open Day with the consortium before they had confirmed their decision to bid.

Over a 20 month period, we helped shape win themes and key messages, produce key presentations, prepare the teams to deliver them, draft and review critical parts of the bid submission and write and produce the executive summaries.

We put great effort into making, for example, the social commitments around apprenticeships and training extremely clear.

This helped the consortium build a coherent and persuasive narrative for their proposals through the many months of dialogue with Newham Council during the bidding process.

Propozition helped us capture a complex multi-faceted solution in a simple, clear way that gave the council the confidence to appoint us as the winner.
