We are thrilled to have worked with Wates Group to support their successful bid for lead contractor (Major Works UK) on the Scape Group’s National Construction Framework for the public sector.

Wates will be responsible for Major Works under Lot 4 of the framework, delivering major projects across the UK for the public sector worth between  £10 and £50m over the next four years.  The value of this lot could reach £1.25 billion over four years.
We worked with a small and talented team at Wates who have been focused for many years on ‘winning Scape’.

We’ve been getting ready for this Scape framework for a very long time.
As with many previous successful bids, Propozition energetically embedded themselves in my team to help us craft a high-scoring submission and deliver a memorable presentation at the interview.
