It was critical that Laing O’Rourke achieved a place on the top tier of this public sector buildings framework for Wales.

The interview presentation was the prime opportunity to not only reinforce Laing O’Rourke’s core capabilities but also to demonstrate the added value that this bidder would bring specifically to this client and these projects.

We helped Laing O’Rourke structure the presentation, produce the audio-visual support material and coach the presenters to deliver a very successful interview performance.

We already had strong credentials for this framework.  What Propozition did was to turn our good ideas and case studies into a package of short, pithy commitments that were very project specific and therefore highly appealing.

The client specifically commended our team presentation which Propozition prepared us for – so it wasn’t a huge surprise when we got the news we had been successful.
