We’re thrilled to have helped Wates win both the Midlands and East of England batches of the Priority Schools Building Programme from the Education Funding Agency – in total 12 schools totalling £69m.

Supporting Wates’ education team, our role on this bid included:

  • Helping Wates refine the articulation of their schools proposition – to provide a clear and consistent narrative through every part of the bid submission
  • Training their subject-matter experts in effective bid writing – so each could produce compelling draft answers
  • Providing coaching and review support to authors – to drive up the marks
  • Delivering a document template solution to lock-in best practice – to create consistency and dramatically shorten the production process.

Propozition worked with my team to make each bid submission compelling and clear so that it scored highly and we won.

Propozition made a real contribution to two great wins for Wates and the education team here.
