This £131m social housing scheme procurement required bidders to make a number of targeted presentations of their scheme both to council members and to the local residents affected by the project.
We helped the team identify win themes and build the key presentations that supported Regenter winning the bid. It was important that the necessarily-diverse consortium team came across as a coherent and passionate team with a compelling set of proposals that would transform the neighbourhood. We made extensive use of video clips as well as spending time simplifying the messages to make them easy to digest.
