16 May Propozition helps contractor win £400m London SW1 construction bid
Our first engagement for this top-ten contractor was to help them crystallise a compelling story for their tender for a 1 million square foot redevelopment that will transform the area around a major London terminus station.
We’re thrilled that our first engagement with this new client resulted in a win – the 8th win in a row for our clients since the beginning of 2012.
Propozition – although new to us – quickly got to grips with the complexity around this project and helped us make our story simple and to-the-point.
They shouldered the responsibility of getting a great document written so my fellow directors and I could focus on finalising the solution and the commercials.
They challenged us on everything we wanted to say – non of the usual platitudes were allowed.
The end result was a highly-focused document that really helped us to win.
