27 Sep Propozition helps Interserve win place on £4bn NHS ProCure22 framework
We are thrilled to have helped Interserve be appointed to the much sought-after £4bn NHS ProCure22 (P22) health construction framework providing design and construction services for NHS and social care clients.
Interserve was one of six principal supply chain members (PSCPs) to be appointed by the Department for Health from a shortlist of 13 including comprising incumbent, new and previous framework PSCPs.
Reflecting the importance of P22, Interserve engaged us in 2014, a full two years before the final bid submission. Our roles included:
- Bid strategy development
- Competitor analysis
- Facilitation of large-scale workshops including innovation generation
- Bid response template development
- Solution concept shaping
- Technical author training in effective bid response writing
- Content review and authorship
- Graphics and editing
- Interview presentation shaping, production and delivery coaching
Winning a place on the ProCure22 framework is of huge importance to Interserve. That’s why we turned to Propozition to support our long-term success strategy.
They were with us from the start and championed a coherence of message along with an unrelenting focus on clarity and quality — making every sentence and each visual easy for the evaluators to score.
Along with a fantastic effort from my team, I have no doubt that Propozition made a material contribution to our success.
