31 Jan Propozition helps Interserve be selected as partner for £150m FM contract at University of Sussex
Following a procurement competition, Interserve has been selected to form a partnership with the University of Sussex. The partnership – Sussex Estates and Facilities LLP – will deliver a 10 year facilities management contract to the University worth around £150m.
As well as training Interserve’s bid team in effective bid authoring skills, Propozition was tasked with concisely summarising the bid team’s innovative partnership ideas and the broader service delivery ethos.
I’d like to thank Propozition for their contribution to this fantastic development for Interserve.
A combination of training, facilitation, coaching and editing helped us frame some distinctive key messages and establish a writing style which remained consistent throughout the bid.
This helped us achieve a concise, compelling and most importantly, winning bid submission for this partnership opportunity.
