We were engaged by an infrastructure specialist to help them hone their local authority partnering proposition.
Our work involved facilitating workshops, capturing prospective client needs, opportunities, solutions and evidence.
Our analysis identified a ‘locus of opportunities’ – a pairing up of needs and solutions that would be distinctive in the marketplace and credible for this investor to deliver.
This formed the basis of a marketing and business development programme to engage prospective local authority clients.
