24 Mar Propozition helps Bowmer + Kirkland win with 100% scores on £9bn NHS ProCure23 Framework
Propozition continues its 100% success rate in helping Bowmer + Kirkland (B+K) win places on major UK construction frameworks. Today the results were announced.
The Derbyshire-based national contractor secured places on its five most preferred lots on the £9bn NHS ProCure23 framework. Despite having no experience of the previous three of NHS ProCure frameworks, B+K scored 100% for quality for every question in every lot.
Chris Arno, B+K Framework Director, commented:
To be successful at getting onto the NHS ProCure23 framework, we had to answer the questions as adeptly as some of Europe’s largest construction companies who have had 19 years of practice bidding on the ProCure series of frameworks.
The across-the-board maximum scores prove that Propozition helped catapult us to the very top on submission quality. This is a brilliant outcome for my team and for B+K more widely – accelerating our growth in health construction.
James Vaux-Anderson, B+K Framework Delivery Director, commented:
The Propozition ‘trio’ really went to town challenging and then recrafting every draft answer – which directly led to our 100% scores for quality.
Propozition has, once again, helped us take the great things we do at B+K and distil them into high-scoring answers.
Adding Propozition to our efforts translates into a consistent 100% success rate – as we’ve seen over several frameworks.
Jonny Sherwin, Managing Director, Propozition, commented:
One of Propozition’s earliest engagements was helping Laing O’Rourke achieve first place (out of 16) in the interview day for the ‘first generation’ NHS ProCure21 contractor selection process.
That was back in 2003 – with a 100% win rate for every call-off opportunity that followed.
We’re delighted to have helped B+K transform their submission and maintain their number-one ranking for major framework quality scores.
Access to the UK’s biggest health construction framework will propel their plans for this sector.
