Like all NHS ProCure21 projects, the client would require a short document, but the key decision would be made at an interview presentation.
For this project, the specific challenge we identified was to explain a relatively complex project governance process in the simplest possible way. So, in addition to putting the presentation material together, we ran workshops to tease out what this governance process would look like. We then distilled the output onto a 3-metre long graphical board that Laing O’Rourke could use as a prop in client interview.
This proved to be a successful tactic which supported the winning presentation.
Propozition helped us break down a complex project into more readily understood elements and packaged this in a unique and striking way.
