21 Jul Propozition extends 100% ProCure21 win rate with Laing O’Rourke with £100m West Cumberland project
Diary commitments meant that the consortium team was only available to meet and prepare for the interview some 24 hours before the event. Our role was to ensure that the team had a clear and compelling presentation, with attractive support materials, that they could deliver with confidence the following morning.
Working from a hotel meeting room, we storyboarded the presentation, roughed out the slides, and ran rehearsals in the evening. Through the night we polished up the graphics so that when the team woke in the morning, there were simple attractive graphics to support the story.
The presentation was warmly received.
This £100m win at Whitehaven was our fourth success in a row working with Laing O’Rourke on NHS ProCure21 bids.
Trying to shoehorn so much knowledge and expertise into a short presentation was proving difficult.
