20 Feb Engaging presentation helps Interserve win £150m BBC facilities management contract
We are thrilled to have helped long time clients Interserve be awarded the prestigious £150m 5+ year contract to deliver facilities management services to 150 BBC sites across the UK.
Having worked with Interserve to embed an effective bid-writing approach within the business, we were able to focus on the ‘big audience’ presentations that formed a significant part of this procurement process. Working with a diverse, capable and highly-motivated team at Interserve, we helped distil the overall message for the bid, shape and produce the presentation content and coach the presenters in successful delivery.
During the bid process, there were two major presentations to the corporation where it was vital that we differentiated our approach.
